It "was supposed to be a day trip to Lahaul" for Yamini Thakur and her family but the heavy rain and landslides and flood caused by it stranded them for three days. "Around 500 people were stuck there. The situation was pathetic there. It was scary experience," she told NDTV's Ankit Tyagi.
