Strengthen Preventive Mechanism By Raising Awareness Among Children: Dr Vijay Datta
According to Dr Vijay Datta, Principal, Modern School Barakhamba Road, New Delhi said that there are two ways, either there is prevention or redressal. POCSO and all rules talk about redressal, while Dr Datta would like the system to focus on preventive methods by raising awareness. Child's body, emotions and thought processes need to be understood and explained and there needs to be a child protecting unit in every school.
