Over the last three days, passengers traveling from or to Delhi have had to face major inconveniences due to multiple delays in their flight schedules, flight cancellations, or disruptions. Speaking exclusively to NDTV, aviation expert Parvez Damania said sometimes it is way beyond the capacity of airlines to handle such situations.
