NDTV spoke to Admiral DK Joshi in an exclusive chat on the fire that sunk INS Sindhurakshak, one of India's kilo-class submarines. Three months after the incident, the Navy chief said the full forensic inquiry can only be completed after the last bit of material has been salvaged and that a contract for salvage will be finalised soon.
