The rebelling candidates are a major factor in Himachal Pradesh as the state votes today to elect a new government. Among the BJP's candidates in this election, there are 20 rebels while at least eight Congress rebels are in the contest too. Results for the elections to the 68 assembly seats will be declared on December 8.
