The Covid pandemic has been a double whammy for the Rohingya refugees from Myanmar settled outside Chennai in a government shelter. They are already at a disadvantage in a foreign country. They literally live amid cesspool. With no work amid lockdown they have lost their livelihood. The worst affected among them are children. World Vision India is reaching out to them to ensure the crisis doesn't push children into any form of exploitation.
