Rashtriya Lok Dal vice-president Jayant Chaudhary today cast his vote in Mathura, although the son of the RLD chief Ajit Singh is contesting the 2019 polls from the Baghpat Lok Sabha constituency. He was defeated in 2014 by BJP's Hema Malini by over three lakh votes. RLD chief Ajit Singh, who had lost the Baghpat seat to Satya Pal Singh in 2014, is fighting the Lok Sabha elections this year from Muzaffarnagar.
