Russian President Vladimir Putin said he "does not reject the idea of peace talks" with Ukraine as Moscow was hit by a three-drone attack. The Russian President said that an African initiative could be a basis for peace in Ukraine, but argued it was hard to implement a ceasefire when Kyiv was on the offensive.
