No Rain For 3 Days, But Thoothukudi Still Flooded

Nearly 20,000 people are still stranded in Thoothukudi in south Tamil Nadu amid unprecedented rains.  The army has joined rescue operations today as the deluge continued for the fourth day. There were no fresh rains but snapped rail and road networks have emerged as challenges for the rescue teams. Sam Daniel reports from Thoothukudi.
