Minor explosion outside Delhi High Court
There's been a minor explosion outside the High Court in Delhi. However, there are no reports of any casualties yet. The explosion reportedly took place near the bonnet of a car - a silver Ford - parked outside the court. The cause of the explosion is not clear. Three fire engines, an ambulance and a bomb disposal squad have been rushed to the spot.
