Militants attack cops in J&K, one civilian killed
Militants today attacked a police party in a busy market area of Sopore town in North Kashmir's Baramulla district, leaving a civilian dead and a policeman seriously injured. Superintendent of Police, Sopore, Imtiyaz Hussain told PTI, "Militants opened firing on a police party while they were clearing the traffic jam in Iqbal market area in Sopore."
