Madrasa Teachers Accused Of Tying Up Students With Chains
Two teachers at a madrasa in Bambepur village of Haryana's Yamunanagar district have been charged of physically torturing students. Acting on a complaint filed by father of a class 4 student who was found tied to chains when the parents went to the madrasa, police have registered case against the teachers Mubarak Khan and Shabbir Ahmed.
