Schools have reopened in Kashmir after remaining closed for 31 months due to security situation and the Covid pandemic. Lakhs of children could not go to school since August 2019 following abrogation of J&Ks special status. For more than 500 days children could not even access online classes because of internet shut down in the Valley.
