There has been no evidence of collusion between Taliban and Islamic State in the suicide bombings in Kabul that killed 60 civilians and 13 American troops, said US President Joe Biden. "There is no evidence thus far that there has been a collusion between Taliban and Islamic State in carrying out what happened in front of the hotel and what is expected to continue beyond today," said Mr Biden.
