ISRO Chief Explains Benefits, Challenges Of Chandrayaan-3 Lander, Rover Waking Up

India's Vikram lander and Pragyan rover of Chandrayaan-3 mission are still in sleep mode at the Shiv Shakti point as the ISRO space agency has received "no signals" from them after the lunar night ended. Nearly a fortnight ago, both the lander and rover were put to sleep mode, hoping they will automatically wake up as the Sun rises on Shiv Shakti point. Speaking to NDTV's Pallava Bagla, ISRO chairman S Somanath explains the benefits and challenges behind them to wake up.
