Is Punjab Ready to Phase-out Paddy?

The Supreme Court has suggested phasing out paddy from Punjab as a means to reduce air pollution due to stubble-burning but that is not going to be easy as it will affect the country's food security as well as farmers' incomes, reports NDTV's Mohd Ghazali.
