"India-China Relations Entered Downward Spiral Before Galwan": Top US Diplomat

Daniel Russel, Vice President, International Security and Diplomacy, ASPI tells NDTV that bilateral relations between India-China had entered downward spiral even before the Galwan clashes. "Both countries have agreed to de-escalate and there could be a disengagement, that is a thing," he said.
