Each voter steps out of his home for the polling booth with a pledge in mind. But in Varanasi - poet and satirist Saand Banarasi has left his home for the last five decades with a pledge and of course a new poem - a serious message delivered with a pun. NDTV caught up with him on his way to the polling booth.
