Senior Congress leader and former Haryana Chief Minister Bhupinder Singh Hooda said that BJP's incompetence led to its downfall in the state elections. "BJP did not work on the ground in the last five years and unemployment and crime rate only increased in the state. They only did event management," Mr Hooda said, after the BJP failed to get simple majority in the state. Trends show BJP leading in 40 seats, 6 short of the half-way mark. Congress is leading on 30 seats. In such a case, Dushyant Chautala's Jannayak Janata Party (JJP) will be the "king maker" in the state.
