Hijab Row: Karnataka Colleges To Reopen Today

Pre-university and degree colleges across Karnataka, that were shut due to hijab row, will reopen today. The state government has imposed section 144 in Tumakuru district from 6 am today amid the raging hijab row which triggered protests across districts in Karnataka. Earlier, the Udupi district administration had imposed section 144 of CrPC in areas around all high schools in the district from February 14 till February 19.
