Guwahati: Another blast, another tragedy

Home Minister P Chidambaram on Friday had a tough message for the Assam state government. "Concentrate on development and let the security forces do their job," said Chidambaram. The statement came after serial blasts in the state capital on the first day of the year, in which five people were killed and more than 60 injured.
