"It's a very good declaration. G20 is not a platform for discussion of Russia-Ukraine topic. Whatever Mr Modi decided yesterday, that declaration is very good. That declaration is not for west and not for other countries. It is a very neutral declaration," said Abhay Kumar Singh, a member of United Russia Party led by Putin. The G20's adoption of New Delhi Declaration is being seen as a huge win for India against the backdrop of the challenges in reaching consensus due to the Ukraine conflict and differences over tackling climate change.
