Festive fear looms over Diwali celebrations

The festive season is on, but the run up to Diwali seems rather dull in New Delhi. Bomb blasts that rocked the Capital on September 13 seemed to be taking a toll on the Capital's enthusiasm to step out of their homes and shop.
