The Indian Army's Commanding-in-Chief of the Indian Army's Eastern Command, Lt General Rana Pratap Kalita, speaks to NDTV on the situation along the Line of Actual Control (LAC) with China. Lt General Kalita said the army's key focus to bring stability in the region is on the rebalancing of forces and infrastructural and technological development.
