Domestic air travel has resumed amid rain in northeast India. Several flights to the northeast, starting from Kolkata, have been cancelled because the city's airport is not functional yet. West Bengal, battered by Cyclone Amphan, had asked for more time to re-open the Kolkata airport.Passengers, meanwhile, are trickling in to the Guwahati airport in Assam.
