Canada's accusation of India's involvement in the killing of Khalistani terrorist Nijjar came as a big blow to diplomatic ties between the two nations. India and Canada have expelled top diplomats from their countries. The US, the United Kingdom, and Australia have expressed their concerns over the "serious allegation" against India. Australian PM Anthony Albanese also held a discussion with his Canadian counterpart. Earlier, Australian Foreign Minister Penny Wong said that the island continent is "monitoring the developments with their partners".
