A third attempt to elect a Delhi mayor failed today as protests erupted after a major change in rules that the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) alleges will favour the BJP. "The AAP has the old habit of acting the accuser despite being the abuser and mocking civic democracy," says BJP leader Vijay Jolly.
