The attack on an ASHA worker in a village in Punjab's Gurdaspur for informing the health authorities about the arrival of labourers has once again raised concerns on the safety of frontline workers in the coronavirus battle. Engaged by the government for carrying out multiple household surveys, ASHA workers in Punjab are not happy with the government's response towards their conditions.
