A policeman has been suspended after he was caught on camera beating up a dhaba owner for asking him to pay the bill. On Tuesday evening, a couple of policemen went to Pappi Dhaba in Moga and ordered for takeaway. While the bill was for Rs 800, the owner asked duo to pay Rs 500.
