Bhadrachalam in Telangana and the coastal areas of Andhra Pradesh are drowned in water. Though rain has receded to a large extent in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh, huge inflows from catchment areas has taken water, much above danger levels. The entire administration is on top alert with rescue teams, choppers on standby.
