Kuldeep Singh Sengar, the BJP lawmaker accused of raping a young woman in Uttar Pradesh, insisted on Monday that he was being framed. Speaking to NDTV after the father of woman died in judicial custody, triggering a huge row, he demanded a probe against people that he said were "instigating the family".
