Brokers, cartels behind price rise

NDTV has found that brokers and cartels are setting high price for essentials causing hardships for farmers and consumers. Forty-eight commodities including grain, pulses, mustard, silver and gold are today traded on computers linked to the national commodity exchange with its headquarters at Mumbai.
