BPO rape: Mittal to be prosecuted
Supreme Court has given a go-ahead for prosecution of Nasscom chief Som Mittal on Thursday.Mittal's prosecution is with regard to not providing security to lady employees of his BPO.An HP employee was raped and murdered by the driver of her office cab in December 2005.
