'Book Langar' In Punjab Marks International Mother Language Day

It was a 'langar' with a difference in Punjab's Gurdaspur on Tuesday. Instead of food, books were given away for free. To mark International Mother Language Day, the Kendriya Punjabi Writers' Association had set up a stall outside a college under the banner of "Pustakan da langar" or 'langar of books' where Punjabi books were given away for free.
