Bhopal gas tragedy: Who is to blame?
It's been over two decades since the Bhopal gas tragedy. But even today, hundreds of adults and children are paying the price. In this scenario, the question arises that who is to blame? Dow chemicals - the company that bought Union Carbide says that they are not responsible. The government though is saying that it is liable. But that's only in response to an RTI filed by a Bhopal gas victim.
