The Bharatiya Janata Party in West Bengal has done exceedingly well by going from just three seats in 2016 to around a 100 seats in this election, says senior BJP leader Chandra Kumar Bose as early trends from Bengal election results showed the Trinamool Congress leading in 205 seats. "But we could not win against Mamata Banerjee, who is a formidable force in Bengal," the BJP leader said.
