Mehbooba Mufti, whose People's Democratic Party has emerged the largest group in Jammu and Kashmir after state polls, appeared to lean towards the BJP today as she repeatedly invoked former prime minister Atal Behari Vajpayee's vision and said Prime Minister Narendra Modi "has a big responsibility."
