43% Madhya Pradesh Teens Can't Read Sentences In English, Finds Survey

The Annual Status of Education Report based on a survey claims that nearly a quarter of teens in the age group 14-18 years cannot read a 2nd grade-level text fluently in their regional languages.Last year the report stated that Madhya Pradesh is one of the worst hit states. Anurag Dwary visited one of the government primary schools in Bhopal to find out why.
