200 Stray Dogs Homeless In Delhi As Makeshift Shelter Demolished

A makeshift dog shelter run by an 88-year-old rag picker in south Delhi was demolished by the civic authorities, forcing over 200 stray dogs to spend nights in the open despite the winter chills. This comes at a time Delhi and other parts of north India are witnessing a harsh winter. Akshit Gupta reports.
