1 Killed, Many Injured In Ludhiana Jail Clashes Live-Streamed On Facebook

One prisoner was killed and more than 30 people, including several policemen, were injured in clashes that broke out between two groups of inmates at the Ludhiana Central Jail in Punjab this morning. The violence erupted at the jail, which has about 3,000 prisoners, at around 11:30 am between the two groups after the news of the death of one of the inmates, Sunny Sood, at Rajendra Medical College hospital, Patiala, broke out.
