"China May Put Out Feelers For A Face-To-Face Interaction": Ex-Foreign Secretary
"There's been speculation of a possible meeting between PM Modi and President Xi, but there's no confirmation on it so far. I don't believe we'll ask for a bilateral meeting, but it is possible that the Chinese may put out feelers for a face-to-face interaction," said former Foreign Secretary of India Nirupama Rao.
