"Armed Forces Special Powers Act Must Be Repealed": Meghalaya Chief Minister

Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma told NDTV that AFSPA hasn't served the purpose it was meant to be, and it must be repealed. He urged the centre to repeal the act as the law according to him has proven to be counterproductive.
