On camera, a girl is stabbed 22 times by a man and struck with a stone slab as people pass them by, staring in alarm but doing nothing. The teen was killed by her alleged boyfriend, Sahil, on a bustling street crowded with people, yet no one came to her rescue, as captured in the CCTV footage.
