The first CBSE Class 10 and 12 exams since the question paper leak has been delayed by nearly an hour over uncertainty in schools over a new system that the board had said it would start from today to ensure maximum security and secrecy for question papers. Students at exam centres since 10 am were still waiting for their question papers 50 minutes later.
