Rasuwa is at the heart of the devastation caused by the catastrophic floods in Nepal and is among the worst-hit districts. NDTV's Sikta Deo travelled for seven hours to reach a devastated village and report from the disaster epicentre. Hydropower projects and tunnels have been damaged, while roads and bridges connecting villages have been swept away.
