Among those arrested are retired chemistry professor PV Kulkarni, Manisha Bhagmare, and Manisha Gurunath Mandhare, believed to be key figures in the operation. Investigators say the accused allegedly accessed question papers through insider connections and circulated them via Telegram PDFs shortly before the examination. Families of aspirants were reportedly approached through middlemen, with deals running into lakhs of rupees.
