NEET Protest 2026 | "NTA Should Be Dissolved": Medical Association Moves SC Over NEET-UG Paper Leak

Advocate Tanvi Dubey, representing the Federation of All India Medical Association (FAIMA), has demanded the dissolution of the National Testing Agency (NTA) following the NEET-UG 2026 paper leak controversy. Speaking on the petition filed in the Supreme Court under Article 32, Dubey said FAIMA has sought a court-appointed independent committee to conduct the examination and ensure transparency in the process. The petition also calls for a high-powered monitoring panel to prevent future systemic failures and seeks immediate relief regarding the re-examination timeline.
