Educationist and Vice President of the Confederation of Coaching Centres, Keshav Agarwal, has proposed a comprehensive roadmap to ensure fool-proof conduct of the NEET examination. The proposed model includes strict isolation of paper setters 10 days prior to the exam, military-grade encryption of question papers after approval by the NTA Director, and secure custody limited to top authorities.
