NDTV Ground Report: 'All New Homes In Israel Must Have Safe Rooms'
It is mandatory for all new buildings being built in Israel near the Gaza border to have their own safe rooms, said a resident as she drove the NDTV crew through Ashkelon, an Israeli city only a few kilometres away from Gaza.
