NDTV Exclusive | AI For All Push: ICSSR to Train Youth, Integrate AI in Education & Research

India’s top research body, the Indian Council for Social Science Research (ICSSR), is set to launch a nationwide initiative titled “Yuva Shodh Pratibha” in collaboration with the Ministry of Education. The campaign aims to skill young researchers and students in AI, promote its ethical use, and integrate AI tools into education and social science research. Speaking to NDTV, ICSSR Member Secretary Dhananjay Singh said that empowering youth with AI capabilities is critical to achieving the ‘Viksit Bharat’ goal. The initiative will focus on AI training, research tools, ethical AI practices, and the development of new methodologies in academia.
